The Baron's Gyokuro Bio

Gyokuro thee is een zeer hoogwaardige groene thee uit de Japanse streek Kyoto. Een keer per jaar, in het voorjaar wordt deze thee met de hand geplukt. Deze theesoort staat bekend om z'n hoge gehalte aan antioxidanten, die door traditionele processen tot stand komt.
De geur & smaak van Gyokuro wordt gekenmerkt door subtiele umami aroma's. Een frisse licht zoete en zilte, maar rijke delicate dronk.
1. Boil water and let it cool down to about 80 degrees.
2. Take 1 teaspoon per 30cl. This can also be increased or reduced to your own taste. The more tea, the more potent the tea will become.
3. Put the loose tea in a sieve and pour in the water.
4. Let the the rest for at least 3 minutes. Depending on your own taste, this can be increased or decreased. The longer it is rested, the stronger the taste.
