Shipping and Returns

Shipping
We pack and ship your order with care and attention as soon as possible. So that your order can be delivered as quickly as possible. We try to ship the same day for orders placed on working days before 16:00. This is not always possible, if the shipping time takes longer than 3 working days, we will always contact you.

We use PostNL to ship our parcels and packages. For orders in the Netherlands, a minimum of € 4.10 shipping costs will be charged. For orders in the Netherlands with a value above €35,- no shipping costs will be charged. For orders under €75,- for Belgium and Germany, the shipping costs are at least €7.75. After that, no shipping costs are charged for shipments to Belgium and Germany.

If you wish to use a PostNL collection point, please note that the package is stored for 7 days at the specified location. If the package is not collected within 7 days, the package will be returned. When resending your order, shipping costs are also charged by PostNL. The shipping costs will therefore also be charged before we send the package back to you.

Return
If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal of the packaging has not been broken. When the seal is broken, the order will become final.

When the right of withdrawal is used, you have 14 days after the cancellation period. Another 14 days to return the product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, all products of the order, including all accessories - if possible - must be returned to Baron d'Amour in their original condition and packaging. Also, the model withdrawal form is accessible via the customer service page. 

You will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of the return shipment will be for your own account.

If you wish to return an order, you can contact info@baron-damour.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days, provided that the order has been returned in good order and in its original condition.
