Baron's Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea, with a rich history in China, among others. Oolong means black dragon, and owes this name to the dark color and long narrow shape. The fermentation process provides the dark color, and lies between the duration of green and black tea. Therefore, it is called semi-fermented. The fermentation process is stopped when tea leaves have the right color.
