Baron d'Amour is exclusively organic. This means that all products in our shop are of organic origin. For this, we are certified organic by SKAL.

At Baron d'Amour we like good quality, although all ingredients are dried. Nevertheless, we work with smaller batches to ensure quality and longevity.
All packaging has a best before date on it.

There is a Batch code on all packaging. This allows us to always trace the origin of the products.

You can create an account via My Account, with your e-mail address and password of your choice.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

With the loyalty program, you save points with every purchase. These points can be exchanged for discounts.

You can create a new password through the password reset process. After entering your email address when logging in, you can click on the forgot password link. You will immediately receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

If you want to delete your account, you can contact us via Contact. We will then carefully delete all data that can be traced back to you.

You can manage your data from my account. After you have logged in, you can change your name, password or phone number and add/change your delivery address.

Please note that it is not possible to change the e-mail address. If you prefer to use a different email address, feel free to create a new account.

Once you have placed and paid for your order, it cannot be changed. Well, you can cancel the order and place a new order.

We pay attention and care to the products and orders. It can sometimes happen that something is unexpectedly not right. In that case, please contact us by e-mail (info@baron-damour.nl) so that we can come up with a solution.

Once you have placed an order and paid, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail within an hour. You can assume that if the payment is successful, the order has also been received in good order.

Orders from €35 are shipped free of charge.
For orders under €35, €X,XX shipping costs will be charged.

As soon as the order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code to keep track of the progress.
When the delivery service is on its way to you, you will receive an update by email.

With attention and care, we will pack and ship your order as soon as possible. So that your order can be delivered as soon as possible. For orders placed on working days before 16:00, we try to ship the same day. This is not always possible, if the shipping time takes longer than 3 working days, we will always contact you.

Yes, you can (partially) return the order. Provided, in good order, in original condition and the seals are not broken.

We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days, provided that the order is in good order and the products are returned in their original condition.

If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal of the packaging has not been broken. When the seal is broken, the order will become final.

When the right of withdrawal is used, you have after the cancellation period of 14 days. Another 14 days to return the product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, all products in the order, including all accessories, must be returned to Baron d'Amour - if possible - in their original condition and packaging. Also, the model withdrawal form has been made available at the bottom of the page.

If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal of the packaging has not been broken. When the seal is broken, the order will become final.

You will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of the return shipment will be at your own expense.

When the return shipment has been received, we will refund the order amount due within 7 days, provided that the order has been returned in good order and in its original condition.

Within 7 days we will refund the order amount owed, provided that the order has been received in good order and the products have been returned in original condition.

If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card code will be sent to you.

Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for credit card payments.

In addition, it is possible to pay for subscriptions and fast checkouts through PayPal. You can also pay quickly via Apple and Google Pay, if desired.

The Baron d'Amour gift card code can be entered during the checkout process. The credit on the gift card can be used for multiple purchases.

The amount on the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or deposited into a bank account.

The gift card is valid for 1 year from the moment of issue.
