Deze complete matcha set is voorzien van het gene dat je nodig hebt om de overheerlijke biologische ceremonie matcha van Baron d’Amour te maken. De set bestaande uit een matcha bowl, een whisk, een whisk houder, en een bamboelepel.
Bio Matcha Ceremony
De biologische ceremonie matcha van Baron d’Amour bestaat uit 100% hoogwaardige pure groene theepoeder. Die volgens traditionele methodes is vervaardigd. Waarbij, in de maand voor de oogst de theestruiken grotendeels worden bedekt met schaduwzeilen, om de extra aanmaak van chlorofyl en aminozuren te stimuleren. Waarna, er in een kort tijdsbestek wordt geoogst, en alleen de beste en fijnste theebladeren gebruikt worden voor deze premium kwaliteit ceremonie matcha. Gevolgd door het ambachtelijke malingsproces van de groene theebladeren door de traditionele granieten stenen.

De Baron's Tea Bottle is een chique dubbelwandige glazen fles met een bamboe dop en thee infuser. De Baron's Tea Bottle heeft een inhoud van 420 ml. En, is uitermate geschikt voor warme of koude bereiding van thee, die door het dubbelwandige glas lang z'n temperatuur blijft behouden. Zeer handig voor onderweg!

1. Scoop 1 or 2 bamboo spoons into the matcha bowl. Do this according to your own taste, the more matcha the more intense the matcha tea will be. Clumped matcha powder can be smoothed with the bottom of the spoon.
2. First add a splash of warm water of 75-85 degrees and mix it with the whisk. Then, add 20 to 30 cl of warm water. Do this according to your own taste, the less water the more intense the taste.
3. Beat with the whisk (matcha beater) in W-shape movements, so that the warm water and matcha powder can mix well. The whisk ensures that no lumps form in the matcha tea. And, contributes to the creation of a generous light green foam layer.
4.Wash the whisk under warm water and place it back on the whisk holder. As a result, the bamboo 'hairs' are protected, and the shape remains as intended.

How do I prepare my herbal tea?
1. Boil water and let it cool to about 90 degrees.
2. Take 1 teaspoon per 30cl. This can also be increased or decreased according to your own taste. The more tea, the more powerful the tea will become.
3. Put the loose tea in a sieve and pour in the water.
4. Let the tea rest for at least 5 minutes. Depending on your own taste, this can be increased or decreased. The longer it rests, the stronger the taste.
