At Baron d'Amour, we care deeply about privacy, which is why information that is collected and processed is handled with care. Data processing
Service providers who collect data on behalf of Baron d'Amour must comply with the agreement regarding the use of the data. The service providers include parcel delivery, payment processing, assessment and accounting. This means that the service providers have access to the necessary data to be able to provide services. Shopify
Baron d'Amour's webshop was developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of providing our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have entered into with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group of companies in order to further improve its services.
PostNL
PostNL is used for shipping orders. Your name and address details (Name, Address, Place of residence) belonging to the order will be shared for the execution of the delivery. This data is only used for the execution of the agreement. In addition, when subcontractors are used, PostNL makes the data available to this party.
E-boekhouden
E-bookkeeping is used for administration and accounting. Your name and address details (Name, Address, Place of residence) belonging to the order will be shared for the administration of sales invoices. This data is sent and stored protected. In addition, E-bookkeeping is obliged to maintain confidentiality, and the data must be treated confidentially. In addition, the data will not be used for purposes other than those described above.
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review.
