Baron d'Amour's organic ceremony matcha consists of 100% high-quality pure green tea powder. Which has its origin from Kagoshima, 'The Naples of the East' located in the southwest of Japan. Here they work according to traditional methods. In the month before harvest, the tea bushes are largely covered with shade sails to stimulate the extra production of chlorophyll and amino acids. After which, harvesting takes place in a short period of time, and only the best and finest tea leaves are used for this premium quality ceremony matcha. Followed by the artisanal grinding process of the green tea leaves through the traditional granite stones.
Matcha is naturally very rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids. Because it concerns finely ground green tea leaves, matcha is a much greater source of nutrients than green tea. In addition to its purifying and protective effect, matcha also inhibits appetite, making it excellent during fasting or detox.
1. Spoon 1 to 2 bamboo spoons into the matcha bowl. Do this to your own taste, the more matcha the more intense the matcha tea will be. Clumped matcha powder can be smoothed out with the bottom of the spoon.
2. First, add a splash of warm water at 75-85 degrees and mix it with the whisk. Then, add 20 to 30 cl of warm water. Do this to your own taste, the less water the more intense the taste.
